TURTLE CAKE 
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
1 stick butter
1 sm. can evaporated milk (1 1/2 oz.)
1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Place 1/2 of mixture into 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. While it's coking, melt caramels, butter and milk in medium saucepan. Let cool. Pour over warm cake. Sprinkle chocolate chips and one cup pecans over. Cover with remaining batter. Sprinkle rest of pecans on top. Bake 20 more minutes.
