TUNA SALAD 
3 c. uncooked pasta
3 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna in spring water
1 med. chopped onion
1 bag frozen sweet green peas
1 head lettuce
6 boiled (hard) eggs
Mayonnaise

Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and let cool. Chop up lettuce, add onion, tuna, eggs and peas. Then add pasta. Mix well, add mayonnaise to desired consistency. Refrigerate to enhance flavor. Serve with crackers. Very good also with tomato wedges on the side. Very good for a summer light meal.
