SHRIMP AND MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
12 oz. frozen lg. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 can mushroom slices or pieces
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour, well rounded
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. crushed Saltines
Few frozen peas
1 1/2 c. whole milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/3 c. celery, chopped

Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat, gradually adding flour. Blend well; slowly pour in milk, stirring constantly. When smooth, add Worcestershire sauce, celery, mushrooms, and pepper. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add shrimp and peas; cook 2 minutes longer.

Place layer of crumbs in 2 quart casserole, then layer of shrimp mixture, more crumbs, more shrimp, etc. Top with sizeable layer of crumbs and some melted butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden.
