DIABETIC BROWNIES 
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. shortening
2 tbsp. liquid sweetener
2 eggs

Mix all together. Spread in 8 inch ungreased square pan and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
