FROZEN STRAWBERRY PIE 
CRUMB MIXTURE:

1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped fine
1/2 c. butter, softened

FILLING:

2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, partially thawed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. carton Cool Whip

Mix flour, brown sugar, walnuts and butter and put in 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool, then press into 9"x13" pan or 2 (9") round pans, reserving 1/3 cup or so for top.

In large bowl, mix egg whites, sugar, strawberries, and lemon juice. Beat at high speed until thick and fluffy, about 15 to 20 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip, then spread over crumb crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs and freeze. If desired, garnish with additional Cool Whip and fresh strawberries.
