CORN BREAD 
2 c. meal
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. water
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
3 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. baking powder

Combine meal and water in saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. May be lumpy.

Bake at 450°F for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown.
