SNOWBALLS 
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped dates
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
4 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
Shredded coconut

Combine first 5 ingredients and cook slowly 10 minutes over low heat. Cool. Pour over Rice Krispies and chopped nuts. Form into balls and roll in shredded coconut. Can be made ahead and frozen.
