WATERGATE TORTE 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix all ingredients together. Pack in 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool.

FILLING;
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (let soften until very soft)
2/3 c. powdered sugar
1/2 lg. (8 oz.) Cool Whip (remainder of container will be used on top)
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
2 1/2 c. milk

Mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread this on the crust. Mix together the pistachio pudding and milk. Spread on filling. Top with rest of Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
