1 lb. ground turkey
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt (if desired)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. skim milk
1/2 c. Eggbeaters
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded low fat Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Cook and stir turkey and onion over medium heat until turkey is browned Drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in pie plate.

Beat Eggbeaters and Bisquick until smooth. Pour on top of meat mixture. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Continue baking 5-8 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 4.
