SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 jar marinated artichokes, drained
3/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in small bowl. Set aside. Saute mushrooms in butter; add flour and cook for 2 minutes. Take the mushrooms out of the pan; add milk and whisk until mixed. Add garlic powder, salt, spinach, and mushrooms; heat through.

Place artichokes in bottom of small casserole dish; spread spinach mixture over artichokes; spread sour cream mixture on top. Bake in 375 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
