GOOEY BARS 
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. melted butter
1/3 c. chopped pecans

Mix above mixture well and press 1/2 of the mixture into 9 x 13 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes.

Melt in double boiler 1 (14 ounce) package caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Drizzle caramel mixture over cake mix and sprinkle with 6 ounce package of chocoalte chips. Spread the rest of the cake mixture in lumps over caramel and chocoalte chips.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut while warm.
