6 c. assorted Chex cereal 1/4 c. salted peanuts 1 c. pretzel sticks 6 tbsp. butter 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. onion salt Heat oven to 250 degrees. Melt butter in a large shallow pan over low heat. Stir in Worcestershire and garlic and onion salts. Add the cereals, nuts and pretzels. Mix over low heat until all the pieces are coated. Heat in oven for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread out on absorbent paper to cool. NOTE: The cereal can consist of any combination of wheat, rice, corn, bran or the new combination cereals. It is best not to use any that are sugar coated. |
