VEGETABLE STROGANOFF 
3 white onions, sliced
1 lb. mushrooms, thick sliced
7 cloves garlic, pressed
Butter
1 head cauliflower
1 head broccoli
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 pts. sour cream
Chopped parsley

Saute onions, mushrooms and garlic in butter. Steam broccoli and cauliflower. Transfer onions, mushrooms, garlic and steamed vegetables to a large pot.

In small pan, soften cream cheese and blend with sour cream over low heat. Add to vegetables. Serve over rice or noodles.
