GRILLED TUNA OR MAKI MAKI | |
Marinate fish 4 hours or longer in the following: 1/2 c. fresh squeezed lime juice 6 cloves garlic, crushed 4 tbsp. chopped cilantro (fresh) 2 scallions, chopped 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp. dry vermouth 1 1/2 tbsp. Tequila (Cuervo Gold) Grill over hot coals or gas grill, basting frequently with melted butter. Grind fresh pepper on before serving. |
