HOME-MADE PIZZA - SORT OF 
Use any of the following: Already baked pizza crust sold by grocery stores. OR Pizza crust package mix, made by directions. OR Frozen bread, thawed and shaped into pizza round. Then brush with olive oil.

TOPPING:

Already shredded mozzarella cheese
Spaghetti or pizza sauce from the jar (1/2 c.)
Already sliced pepperoni (or favorite meat)
Cooked Italian sausage
Sliced vegetables: Broccoli, use cooked & drained frozen Red, green pepper, squash Mushrooms, onions, etc.

If using the ready-baked crust, brush with olive oil and place on wire rack. For the mix or frozen only shape into a pizza pan and bake in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Brush with olive oil. Spread desired amount of sauce on crust and add meat, then vegetables. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Top with cheese and bake for 10 minutes more. Just use your favorite toppings and have a ball.

We usually make 2 pizzas for our family of 4 and leftovers go into school lunch the next day. If using the bread dough, we also make individual pizzas.
