TOSTADAS DE FAJITA 
2 lbs. fajitas
6 corn tortillas
2 c. refried beans
Lettuce chopped
Tomatoes, diced
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
2 avocados, sliced
Sour cream

1. Prepare fajitas and chop. Prepare tostadas shells, refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and avocados. Set aside.

2. Spread refried beans on fried tortillas, then cover plentifully with fajita meat. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and avocados.

3. Garnish with a spoon of sour cream in the middle of the tostada.

4. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
