JELLED CAMPING SALAD 
1 c. liquid (water and juice from canned fruits)
2 pkgs. gelatin
2 c. orange or cranberry juice
1 can mandarin oranges
1 can chunk pineapple
1 can fruit cocktail (or peaches or pears)
2 to 3 bananas, cut up

Boil 2/3 cup liquid. Reserve 1/3 cup and sprinkle gelatin into cold liquid; let stand 1 minute. Add hot liquid and stir. Add orange juice and stir, then add fruits. Cover and set outside overnight and serve as fruit for breakfast.
