RANCH POTATO CRISPS 
3-4 medium baking potatoes, cut in 1/4 inch slices
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix

Combine the potato slices, vegetable oil and salad dressing mix in a large sealable plastic bag. Seal the bag and shake to coat the potatoes. Arrange potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet; do not overlap slices.

Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes or until browned.
