TARTAR SAUCE 
1 c. blender mayonnaise
1 green onion, cut in 1/2" pieces
3 sm. sprigs parsley
1 thin sliced unpeeled lemon, quartered
2-3 sweet pickles, cut in 1/2" slices
1/4 pimento, quartered

Put ingredients in blender. Cover and process at blend. Vegetables should be a coarse consistency. Serve with all varieties of fish and sea food. Yield 1 1/4 cups.
