SMALL PECAN DAINTIES | |
1 stick butter 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. flour Dash of salt Cream butter and cheese. Add flour. Make into balls the size of a walnut. Mold into small muffin tins. (Don't let them be too thick.) FILLING: 1 egg 3/4 c. light brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. butter Dash of salt Beat egg. Add other ingredients. Cover the bottom of crust in muffin tin with chopped pecans. Put filling on the top of this. Do not fill too full. (I add a half of small or medium pecan on top. It looks pretty.) Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. |
