TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning, Lawry's
3/4 c. water
1 1/2 c. red onion, diced
3 tomatoes, diced
4 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1 can Campbell BBQ beans
1 avocado, diced
1 bottle Catalina salad dressing
1 (5 1/2 oz.) Dorito tortilla chips, broken up
1 head lettuce, torn in bite size
1 can sliced olives
Sour cream

Brown beef. Drain well. Add taco seasoning and water and simmer for 20 minutes; set aside. (Can be done a day ahead.) Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl.
