TURKEY WRAP - UPS 
1/4 c. oil
1 lb. ground turkey
2 med. carrots, peeled and chopped
1 med. zucchini, chopped
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 c. soy sauce
Dash of garlic powder
Crisp lettuce leaves

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet. Add turkey and cook about 5 minutes, stirring to break up meat. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining oil in skillet and saute vegetables 1 minute. Add turkey, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Cook, stirring, about 1 minute. Turn into serving dish and accompany with lettuce leaves. To eat, wrap filling in lettuce leaf. Yield: 4 to 5 servings.

This was awesome. Very easy and delicious! We will try to have this on a weekly basis. Another this is ground turkey is cheaper than buying ground beef so that's a plus.
