DAVE'S EASY PINEAPPLE COBBLER | |
This recipe has been in my family as a fruit cobbler for ages. We found the pineapple cobbler about 20 years ago and have been serving it since! 1 cup sugar 1 cup self-rising flour 1 cup milk 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks with juice Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter in a skillet that can go in oven (I use an iron skillet). Remove from heat. Mix together sugar, flour and milk. Pour mixture into melted butter (do not stir). Drop pineapple into mixture evenly (do not stir). Bake in skillet at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. You may serve this fantastic cobbler warm or cold. Enjoy!
