CHICKEN ROLLATINI 
8 thin chicken cutlets
Seasoned bread crumbs
8 slices lowfat mozzarella
8 slices boiled ham
1 c. chicken broth

1. Rinse and dry cutlets

2. Coat cutlets with bread crumbs.

3. Place cutlets on flat surface and top with mozzarella and ham.

4. Roll up cutlets and place in roasting pan seam side down.

5. Add chicken broth.

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 4 people.
