CHICKEN DIVAN | |
2 (16 oz.) pkgs. frozen vegetables (I use California Blend) 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1 box (32 oz.) Banquet frozen heat and serve fried chicken (the 10 piece box) or use any other frozen heat and serve chicken Place defrosted vegetables in 2 quart baking dish. Stir together soup and milk. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over soup mixture and pour over vegetables. Lay chicken on top of vegetables. Bake covered in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake another 25 to 35 minutes. |
