1 stick butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 pkg. caramels
1 pkg. lg. marshmallows
1 box Rice Krispies

Melt butter, caramels and milk together over low heat. Dip marshmallows in caramel mixture. Stick toothpicks in marshmallows to dip and roll. Roll in Rice Krispies. Chill.
