HAMBURGER QUICHE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
8 oz. sliced mushrooms, canned
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. milk
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. Italian herbs
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tbsp. salt
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown meat; remove from stove and drain; add green pepper, onion, and mushrooms to meat but don't cook.

In separate bowl mix together rest of ingredients. Add the meat mixture to the egg and cheese mixture. Pour in two pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. (Bottom of pie shell can be dusted with flour to prevent sogginess.)
