RITZ CRACKER CHICKEN 
1 chicken (cut up) (you can use legs, breasts, etc.)
About 50 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter
Pepper, if desired
No salt - crackers are salted

Melt butter. Dip chicken into melted butter. Roll with cracker crumbs and bake in greased baking dish at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
