CORN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream or buttermilk
1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 (6 oz.) size cornbread mix

Mix all together. Pour in a 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Put under broiler a few minutes to brown.
