BLUEBERRY TEA BREAD 
1 egg, beaten
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter (melted)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. fresh blueberries
2 tbsp. sugar

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish or loaf pan. In a medium bowl, with a wooden spoon, beat egg. Gradually beat in 2/3 cup of sugar until well combined. Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add to sugar mixture alternately with milk. Beat after each addition. Add butter and vanilla. Fold in blueberries. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle top with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Bake 25 minutes or until top springs back when touched. Serve warm with butter. Makes 8 servings.
