CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE 
2 (7 oz.) cans whole green chilies
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese
3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1 (7 oz.) can green chili salsa

(Batter) mix together: 1 c. flour 1 tbsp. salt 4 eggs

Slightly grease a 9 x 13 inch pan and layer the following: beginning with green chilies, cut 1 inch diagonally, cheese, batter, chilies, cheese and batter. Cover with salsa and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered or until brown.
