BLINTZES 
DOUGH:

1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 c. milk

Make dough in frying pan just like pancakes or manicotti.

FILLING:

1 pt. cottage cheese
1 tbsp. sour cream
1 egg yolk
2 tsp. sugar
3 tbsp. cream cheese
Dash of nutmeg

Mix filling ingredients; fill blintzes. Fold and fry them with a little butter. Serve with sour cream or apple sauce.
