SHRIMP SOUP 
1 can cream style corn
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
Celery
1/2 c. ham seasonings (cubed ham)
1 can whole kernel corn
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
Garlic
Roux:
1 c. flour
1/2 c. cooking oil

Brown flour in oil; add bell pepper and onion. Add all other ingredients to roux. Add water, simmer until done.
