SALMON LOAF 
1 egg
1 lb. can salmon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. crumbs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash of pepper

Mix to moisten. Beat egg; add salmon to beaten egg. Add crumbs, lemon juice and seasoning. Mix well. Put into greased baking pan. Bake in moderate oven until set, about 20 minutes. Serve with white or tomato sauce. If desired, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley or 2 chopped sweet pickles may be added.
