ORANGE TAPIOCA SALAD 
2 boxes tapioca pudding
1 sm. can frozen orange juice with water
1 lg. can mandarin oranges
1/2 bag miniature marshmallows
1 lg. can pineapple chunks, drained
2 bananas, sliced
1/2 c. whipping cream

Save drained juice from oranges. Add to frozen juice reconstituted to make 3 cups of liquid. Cook pudding with orange juice until thick. Cool and then add fruit. Fold in 1/2 cup whipped cream before serving.
