RICE SALAD 
2 c. Minute Rice
Wishbone Italian dressing
2 pkgs. frozen peas, cooked
1 can button mushrooms, halved
1/2 c. stuffed green olives, sliced
6 green onions, cut up
1 can water chestnuts, sliced paper thin
1 sm. jar real mayonnaise

Cook rice according to directions, except for the liquid, use 1/2 water ad 1/2 Wishbone Italian dressing. Mix cooked rice and peas and CHILL WELL. When chilled, add rest of ingredients and mix well. Cover, and let set to blend. (The longer it sets the better the flavor. Keeps for days. Makes large recipe.)
