THE SEAFOOD SPECIAL 
3/4 c. condensed cream of pea soup
3/4 c. condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. cream
3 tbsp. sherry
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen cooked shrimp, cleaned and halved
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen or canned crabmeat, flaked
1 (14 oz.) pkg. lobster, cut up
3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
2 (3 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Buttered bread crumbs

Mix soups, cream and sherry until smooth; add mushrooms. Grease a baking dish and place shrimp, crabmeat, lobster and eggs in alternate layers, pouring a part of soup mixture and cheese over each layer. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
