GREEN TOMATO RASPBERRY JAM 
5 c. green tomatoes, peeled & ground up
4 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello

Combine tomatoes and sugar. Stir well. Heat and stir. Boil for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in Jello. Pour into sterilized jars and seal with wax or store in freezer.
