HAM ROLL UPS 
1 1/2 lbs. sliced chopped ham
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 c. carrots, grated
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tbsp. green onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt

Combine cottage cheese, vegetables and salt, chill. Place 2 tablespoon on a slice of ham, roll up. Two roll up served with crackers and fresh fruit make a great summer lunch. Makes 12 servings.
