TORTELLINI SALAD 
14-16 oz. cooked tortellini
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 c. chopped pimento or red pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper

Mix cooked, cooled pasta with all other ingredients. Serve garnished with parsley sprigs.
