TORTELLINI SALAD 
9 oz. cheese tortellini, cooked and cooled
1 c. julienned ham
3/4 c. frozen baby peas, thawed
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, cubed
2 tbsp. minced green onions
1 tbsp. minced parsley
2 c. Ranch salad dressing

Toss all ingredients together in a bowl. Chill until ready. Serves 4 to 6.
