HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 cans evaporated milk (Pet or Carnation)
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Junket Ice Cream Mix (vanilla)
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer and add whole or low fat milk. Pour into a freezer and add more milk to fill near the top of can. (Give a little room to be able to mix and freeze.) Add 2 packages frozen strawberries with syrup (thawed) or chocolate syrup.
