WALNUT SQUASH CAKE 
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 c. mashed squash
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. raisins
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. walnuts

Grease and flour bundt pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Sift flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda together. Stir flour mixture into sugar mixture a little at a time. Stir in raisins and walnuts. Pour into bundt pan and place in oven for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
