STROMBOLI 
1 loaf frozen bread dough (take out night before)
1 egg
1/2 tsp. basil
Dash salt & pepper
1/4 lb. lg. pepperoni
1/2 lb. boiled ham, shaved
1/4 lb. hard salami, sliced thin in deli
1/4 lb. mozzarella cheese
1 sm. onion

Thaw bread dough until soft enough to stretch, but don't allow it to rise. Stretch dough into 12 x 18 inch pan. Beat egg, basil, salt and pepper. Brush most of egg over dough. Thinly slice meats, cheese and shred onion. Layer on one side of dough alternately. Fold over other side of dough and seal. Brush remaining egg on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
