3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. oil

Combine all ingredients in large bowl with 2 cups cold water. Mix well. Pour into well greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Frost with your favorite frosting.
