4 c. mashed potatoes, instant
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
1 egg
1/4 c. onions

Mix. Bake at high in 2 quart casserole at 350 degrees for 30-45minutes. Can make early and put in refrigerator; bake before you serve.
