LEMON DROPS 
1 c. soft shortening or butter
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
2 3/4 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade (thawed)

Cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Beat after each until smooth. Sift flour and soda together. Add to mixture alternating with 1/2 can lemonade. Drop by teaspoon 1" apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 400 degrees or less for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Brush warm cookies with lemonade concentrate and sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar. Yield: 5 dozen cookies. If you like lemon flavor, you'll like these cookies.
