PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
4 eggs (beaten)
2 c. Bisquick
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
Cream Cheese Frosting

FROSTING:

1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
1/3 c. butter (softened)
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch pan. Beat sugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs in large bowl on medium speed for 1 minute. Stir in baking mix, cinnamon and raisins. Pour into pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes; cool. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting. Cut into bars. Refrigerate remaining bars.
