1 chicken, quartered or cut up
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Heinz 57 sauce
1 tsp. Texas Pete hot sauce
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 tbsp. vinegar
1 sm. onion, cut up

Clean chicken. Mix all other ingredients together well. Place chicken in rectangular baking dish in a single layer. Pour sauce over chicken, coating well. Cover with foil. Bake 2-3 hours in 325 degree oven, basting regularly.
