HOLIDAY FRUIT CAKE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. water
2 pkgs. Pillsbury quick bread mix
2 2/3 c. canned mince meat
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. candied fruit

Grease and flour 10 inch bundt pan. Combine eggs and water; beat. Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 80 to 90 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes and invert on cooling rack. When completely cool, wrap in foil and store in refrigerator.
